About Us

My name is Keith Scott.  I am the owner of Scott Tax & Accounting.  

I began my career as a business owner in 2011.  Because, as a business professional, I believe I have a responsibility to help grow and uphold the community, in 2014 I co-founded a non-profit organization called Sheron Ann Foundation. As the Chief Financial Officer of this organization, I understand the importance of being knowledgeable in both for profit and non-profit business operations. I served as CFO until we ceased operations in 2023. 

Following my passion for numbers, I decided to pursue a degree in Accounting.  In 2015 I graduated from Central Washington University with my 

Bachelor's in Accounting and in 2022 I graduated with my Master's in Professional Accounting. Shortly after graduating with my bachelors, I acquired a small group of business clients, which began Scott Tax & Accounting as it is today. 

After establishing STA in 2015, I wanted to further my education and professional licensing, so in 2017 I received my IRS Enrolled Agent License.  As an IRS Enrolled Agent, I have unlimited rights to practice in front of the IRS, in the same way as an attorney of law or CPA.
